Covid-19 hospitalizations are surging brought on by the highly contagious Delta variant.
The Delta-driven surge has hit a younger population than prior surges while filling hospital beds at a rapid clip.
It is noted that more than 90% of the people hospitalized for Covid-19 are not vaccinated.
These sobering facts go unembraced as theories and myths about the vaccine seem to have casted a spell on many hearts and minds thus prolonging the pandemic with tragic consequences.

Dr. Taylor is a research and drug discovery senior biomedical scientist in Immunology working in the biopharmaceutical industry. His works focus on harnessing the power of the body’s immune system to combat cancers and autoimmunity. He is an expert in how the immune system works to protect and build the body’s defense against infections while simultaneously regulating it from under or overreacting. He is passionate about the need for minority communities gaining access to the best medicines and participation in clinical trials for new therapeutics.
